While we are not a crisis mental health provider, we understand that moments of crisis can happen to anyone—and no one should face them alone. If you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health emergency, please reach out to one of the trusted crisis resources below. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 for free and confidential support. You can also contact your local Crisis Line or Mobile Crisis Team, or go to the nearest Emergency Room if you’re in immediate danger. Help is always available—your safety and well-being matter.
