Frequently Asked Questions

What specific steps do you take to ensure patient safety and continuity of care during inclement weather?

At Whipple Creek Wellness, we strive to keep our doors open whenever possible. However, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we may need to move your appointment to same-day telehealth or reschedule it for a later date. If this becomes necessary, our office will contact you as soon as possible.

For severe weather events, we follow the closure and delay decisions of Vancouver Public Schools.

How do you communicate weather-related closures or changes in appointment scheduling to your clients?

If we need to move your visit to telehealth or reschedule it for another day, our office will contact you as soon as possible.

You can cancel your visit online through the patient portal up to 24 business hours in advance. After that point, please call our office at 360-930-9480 to request a cancellation without a fee.
